Functional Medicine Hyperbaric Certification Course | New Jersey, May 16-19, 2024

This is our In-Person Functional Medicine Certification Program accredited by IBUM and continuing Ed @ Sea. (Intermediate Certification). This course teaches the use of oxygen at a level higher than atmospheric pressures and concentrations as well as focusing on the management and safety concerns in a functional medicine type practice. In order to certify as a Functional Medicine Hyperbaric Clinician (FMHC), members must be a DO, DC, MD, ND, FM, NP, or PA provider. All other attendees will receive Intermediate Hyperbaric Technician (IHT) certification after the passing of the exam. The equipment required consists of a pressure chamber, which may be of rigid or flexible construction, and a means of delivering varying amounts of oxygen. This is a 40 hour course that focuses on all the safety aspects for hyperbarics.

Basic ONLINE Hyperbaric Technician Course

The Basic Hyperbaric Technician Course is an excellent opportunity to learn about the physiology of hyperbaric medicine, the principles of hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and the operation and maintenance of hyperbaric equipment. Our course is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to become a proficient hyperbaric technician. By enrolling in the Basic Hyperbaric Technician Course, you will receive a comprehensive training program that includes theoretical and practical components. Our course is designed to prepare you for employment in hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare facilities. Safety Director Level 1 ONLINE Course

This is an introductory safety Director program / certification which requires classroom or video attendance and passing a written examination. Normally, safety director courses are about 40 hours in length. For the purpose of making the safety director program more accessible, we have divided this course up into levels. The level of certification you will need will ultimately depend on the type of equipment you are running in your Hyperbaric facility. All of those journeys will start with Safety Director 1 and continue on from there. The program combines video sessions and readings, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. This is the minimum standard for information in safety of hyperbaric systems and gives guidelines and information valuable to help discuss with code enforcers the systems you are having installed. Participation in this program will show administrators that the candidate is serious about pursuing their career in the safety of hyperbaric medicine.
